Each session includes:
• 1:00–1:30 PM – Welcome & Lunch
• 1:30–2:30 PM – Self-Care Workshop (Mindfulness, Breathing, Emotional Fitness)
• 2:30–3:30 PM – CPR & First Aid Training (Hands-on Practice)
• 3:30–4:30 PM – Mental Focus & Goal Setting Activities
• 4:30–5:00 PM – Group Reflection & Early Dinner
