Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to
these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please
do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer professional services as described on our website.
All service requests are subject to confirmation and availability.

3. Payments

All payments must be made by cash, company check, credit
card, or approved digital payment platform. Returned checks are subject to a
$35 fee. Late payments may incur a fee of 12% per month on the unpaid balance.

Discounts will be revoked if payment is not received as
agreed.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Changes to scheduled services require 24-hour notice. Missed
appointments without notice may result in cancellation fees.

Make-up services for missed appointments must be scheduled
at our approved location unless a travel fee (minimum $125 per trip) is paid
for onsite delivery.

5. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. Rescheduling may be offered upon
reasonable request and approval.

6. Use of Communications Tools

You consent to receive service-related communication,
including SMS or email, from our team. We use RingCentral to manage SMS
communication for customer service and First Call Resolution (FCR) efforts.

You may opt out of these communications at any time, though
doing so may limit your ability to receive timely service updates.

7. SMS For Consent Communication

The Phone Numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from All Care Plus, you may receive text messages related to: (Appointment reminders, meetings, and follow-up on cases.)

For Example: Hello Thank you for contacting All Care Plus, how can we help you? Reply Stop to opt-out at any time. Message and data rates may apply, for assistance, text Help” or visit our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

9.  Message Frequency

Our SMS message frequency will be from 50 to 1000 text messages daily across all users.

10. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Many carriers charge a fee for each message sent or received. This can vary depending on the carrier’s pricing structure and whether the message is sent domestically or internationally.

11. Opt-In Method

Customer will Opt-In for SMS messaging from All Care Plus through intake forms on their website located at www.allcareplus.org, this agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

12.  Opt-out

Customer will be able to opt out of SMS messaging from All Care Plus by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message, once opted-out they will receive no further SMS communication. They can Opt back In at any time by replying START

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics,
logos, and software, is the property of All Care Plus or its licensors
and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide quality service but do not guarantee
uninterrupted or error-free performance. We are not liable for any direct or
indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use our services or
website.

15. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to
anyone for any reason, including failure to comply with these Terms.
